I love Brene Brown . I haven’t read any of her books but I’ve watched a lot of talks on TED and found them inspirational and comforting. She’s also cool. Look at this article she published on the Huffington Post about 3 ways to set boundaries.
I could be so much better at setting boundaries, especially where my business is concerned, but if I don’t manage my time or my (really strong) intention to help people get better I feel the effects of stress. I’ve managed to build up enough self awareness now to be able to notice when this is happening (and also to give myself a little treatment from time to time) but many of my patients still struggle with this and we often talk about Brene’s tips.
